Tanto was born from a simple belief: that organisations shaping the future of our cities and spaces deserve an event partner who truly understands their world.

Before founding Tanto, Elisa Tombazis worked at the forefront of commercial real estate and proptech – managing a global portfolio of industry events for leading organisations in the CRE community and delivering large-scale conferences and brand activations for the built environment.

Her background spans the full spectrum of corporate events – from thought leadership conferences to team engagement experiences – giving her a grounded understanding of what makes events work for people.
